RETURN & REFUND POLICY — KAVONI DESIGN

OVERVIEW At Kavoni Design, we aim to provide the highest-quality BMW aftermarket products. As a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Belgian Economic Law Code (Art. VI.47).

SECTION 1 — HOW TO START A RETURN Step 1 — Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email info@kavonidesign.com with your order number and reason for return. Step 2 — Ship the item back within 14 days of notifying us. Pack it securely in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Step 3 — Once we inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

SECTION 2 — RETURN CONDITIONS To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled — the product must not have been fitted to a vehicle
  • In original, unaltered condition with no signs of modification or damage
  • In original packaging, including all accessories, hardware, and documentation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Due to the nature of automotive performance parts, installation is considered use. Once a product has been fitted to a vehicle, it can no longer be returned — regardless of whether it was subsequently removed.

SECTION 3 — REFUNDS Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Original standard outbound shipping costs are refunded in accordance with EU consumer law. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered in error or arrived defective.

SECTION 4 — NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or built-to-order products — including exhaust systems ordered with a specific tip finish or material, and steering wheels assembled to your chosen specification
  • Installed, used, or modified products — any item that has been fitted to a vehicle, altered, or shows signs of use
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Digital products or services once delivered or activated

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, please contact us before attempting installation. Once fitted, the item cannot be returned.

SECTION 5 — AUTOMOTIVE DISCLAIMER Due to the nature of aftermarket automotive performance parts:

  • Installation permanently affects the condition of the product and constitutes use
  • Once installed, a product is considered used and is not eligible for return or refund
  • We strongly recommend verifying fitment and compatibility before installation — contact info@kavonidesign.com if in doubt
  • Exhaust products are sold for track and off-road use only; legal compliance in your country is your responsibility

SECTION 6 — WARRANTY & DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect covered by the statutory 2-year warranty under Belgian law and EU Directive 2019/771, please contact us immediately at info@kavonidesign.com with photos and a description of the issue. Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no additional cost to you, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Your statutory 2-year warranty rights are separate from the right of withdrawal and apply regardless of whether the product has been installed.
