OVERVIEW — AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS This website is operated by Kavoni Design VOF, a Belgian company registered in Lokeren. Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein.

These Terms apply to all users of the site — including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or purchase our products.

SECTION 1 — USE OF PRODUCTS You may not use our products for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for verifying that any product you purchase is legal to use, fit, and operate in your country and jurisdiction.

Certain products in our catalogue — including all exhaust systems, catless downpipes, and midpipes — are designed exclusively for motorsport, track day, and private-property use. They are not certified for road use in the EU and will not pass vehicle inspection (Belgian keuring, German TÜV, or equivalent EU homologation procedures).

⚠ TRACK & OFF-ROAD USE ONLY: Our exhaust systems — including all catback exhausts, catless downpipes, resonated midpipes, and non-resonated midpipes — are designed for track days and private property use and are not certified for road use in most countries. We kindly ask that you verify compliance with your local regulations before fitting. By purchasing, you confirm that you take full responsibility for using the product in a safe and lawful environment.

For all other product categories — aerodynamics, lighting, interior, and engine bay — you remain solely responsible for confirming compatibility, legal permissibility, and safe use in your region before purchase and installation.

SECTION 2 — AUTOMOTIVE LIABILITY DISCLAIMER Kavoni Design VOF sells aftermarket automotive parts that interact directly with your vehicle. All products must be installed by a qualified automotive professional. By purchasing, you acknowledge that Kavoni Design VOF is not responsible for:

  • Engine damage or mechanical failure arising from the use of our products
  • Damage caused by improper or non-professional installation
  • Damage resulting from incorrect fitment or incompatible chassis selection
  • Use of products beyond their intended purpose or operating conditions
  • Any consequential damage to the vehicle, its components, or third parties

Kavoni Design VOF strongly recommends that any installation involving safety-critical components — including steering wheels, lighting, and exhaust systems — is carried out by a certified mechanic or approved workshop.

SECTION 3 — GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission. Content submitted by you remains your responsibility; we are not liable for user-generated content posted to our platform.

SECTION 4 — PRODUCT INFORMATION We strive to display product descriptions, specifications, chassis compatibility, and imagery as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that all product information is complete, accurate, or error-free. Product details — including colour, finish, dimensions, and fitment — are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from what is shown.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify chassis compatibility (E, F, or G Series codes) and manufacturing year before placing an order. If in doubt, please contact us at info@kavonidesign.com before purchasing.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS & DELIVERY We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where stock is unavailable. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Standard delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the product and your location. Custom or built-to-order items (such as exhausts with a specific tip finish or material, and custom steering wheels) may require additional lead time; an estimated timeframe will be communicated at time of order.

If we are unable to deliver within the stated timeframe, we will notify you without delay. If delivery cannot be completed within 30 days of order confirmation, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method selected, and that you are purchasing in compliance with these Terms.

SECTION 6 — PRICING All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of 21% Belgian VAT (BTW), unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to honour pricing errors or outdated prices displayed due to technical issues.

Shipping costs for international orders, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 7 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Certain content, products, and services available through our store may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with Kavoni Design VOF. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of those sites, and we do not assume any liability for any third-party materials, websites, products, or services.

Our store is powered by Shopify Inc. By using our store, you also agree to Shopify's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

SECTION 8 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kavoni Design VOF shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Damage resulting from improper use, installation, or modification of our products
  • Customs delays, duties, or seizure of goods by border authorities
  • Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on our website

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer under Belgian or EU consumer protection law, including rights that cannot be waived by contract.

SECTION 9 — WARRANTY All products sold by Kavoni Design VOF are covered by the statutory 2-year legal warranty under Belgian consumer law, in accordance with the Belgian Economic Law Code (Wetboek van economisch recht) and EU Directive 2019/771 on the sale of goods.

This warranty covers material defects and non-conformity with the contract present at the time of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage arising from improper installation, misuse, racing or track use beyond intended purpose, or normal wear and tear. Any commercial warranty offered by the manufacturer is separate from, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

SECTION 10 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Belgian Economic Law Code (Art. VI.47).

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is sufficient) before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered in error or is defective. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

⚠ EXCEPTIONS — right of withdrawal does not apply to: (a) Custom exhaust systems that were built or configured to your personal specification — including any order where you selected a specific tip finish (Carbon Kavoni, Stainless Steel, Burned, Black, Carbon M), material (stainless or titanium), or midpipe configuration. These products are manufactured to order and cannot be resold. (b) Custom steering wheels built to your chosen specification — including colour stitching, logo option, alcantara or leather choice, or ACC/non-ACC configuration. These are assembled to order and are exempt from the standard withdrawal right under Art. 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (goods made to consumer specification).

For all standard in-stock products not covered by the above exceptions, the 14-day withdrawal right applies in full.

SECTION 11 — GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lokeren / East Flanders, Belgium.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence under mandatory local consumer protection law.

SECTION 12 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. The most current version will always be available at this URL.
