SHIPPING POLICY — KAVONI DESIGN
OVERVIEW Kavoni Design ships globally. Processing time: 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery: 8–15 business days worldwide. Shipping costs for all orders are calculated at checkout.
SECTION 1 — PROCESSING TIME Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Belgian public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Made-to-order and custom products — including exhaust systems with a specific tip finish or material, and custom steering wheels — require additional production time before shipping. An estimated lead time will be communicated at the time of your order.
SECTION 2 — ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES After dispatch, estimated delivery worldwide is 7–10 business days. These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary by destination country and carrier. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us.
SECTION 3 — OUR SHIPPING MODEL Kavoni Design works with a network of international suppliers and fulfilment partners. Products may ship from different warehouses depending on availability and your location.
- Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if items are sourced from different warehouse locations
- Each shipment will carry its own tracking number, sent to you by email
- Partial deliveries do not constitute a delayed or incomplete order — remaining items will follow separately
- The origin country of shipment may vary by product and is not always Belgium
- No additional shipping charges apply for split deliveries
SECTION 4 — CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES When ordering from outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Import duties and taxes are determined by your local customs authority and vary by country
- Kavoni Design has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
- Customs processing may add delays beyond our estimated delivery window
- Kavoni Design is not responsible for packages seized or held by customs authorities
For orders within Belgium and the EU, no additional import duties apply. Standard Belgian VAT (21% BTW) is already included in all displayed prices. Shipping costs for all orders are calculated at checkout.
SECTION 5 — POSSIBLE DELAYS Delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing and border inspections
- High demand periods (holidays, promotional events)
- Carrier disruptions, strikes, or capacity issues
- Adverse weather conditions or natural events
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout
Kavoni Design is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.
SECTION 6 — LIABILITY Kavoni Design is not liable for:
- Delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received — please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number in the first instance
- Damage caused during transit where the item was correctly packaged by us
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening and contact us at info@kavonidesign.com within 48 hours of delivery.
